That's Semantic Semantic Web tutorials.
I'll get this one out of the way quickly, in a way it's a development of Suggestion #0 (Education Blog). You have a RDF store-backed knowledgebase, with text search (something like Longwell - demo's broken btw guys). Knowledgebase contains links to SemWeb related articles, tutorials, slides, podcasts and so on with *lots* of metadata. Should include glossary (hook into Wikipedia? del.icio.us? Flickr?), "help" style information etc.
The potentially cool bit is for someone to come along and generate their own personalised course. Fill in a form detailing your current knowledge and experience and what you want to learn about, click "Submit" and get back a page that looks like Franconi's DL course, but customised to your own requirements. Could even have it go suck the linked resources from the web, merge into a single doc and prepare for printing…
As well as acting as a one-stop place for educational resources, this would act as a practical demo for SemWeb tech used for content management.
Other SWEO Suggestions.
