Wikipedia in RDF@en

Wikipedia³ is a conversion of the monthly wikipedia database dump into RDF. It's a monthly updated dataset containing around 47 million triples.

From the labs of System One, Vienna (the same folks that did the Retrievr Flickr-sketch matching thing a little while back). So pleased they've released this ( Earl had actually got it virtually all done when I saw them months ago, they said then they planned to release it soon...so I just gave 'em a nudge ;-) 

They've built a lot of other cool stuff, the labs bit is like icing on the cake. They're in no great rush to advertise themselves (deep business plans, in it for the long haul) but I reckon they deserve a little plug anyhow, here's a bit of their blurb for companies:
