I got a gratifying mail from Phil Cooper a couple of days ago, seems he's well on the way to having put together the bits to cover a Semantic Web in a Box kind of toolset.

One part is his RDFAlchemy, a Python SQLAlchemy (object-relational mapper) clone for RDF storage. He's also done N3/Turtle syntax highlighters for TextMate and Pygments. Pygments can be used with Trac, and as it happens I did half an install of Trac just a couple of weeks ago on my current codebase - I got it as far as running on Trac's built-in server, but that seemed a bit flaky. So I just finished off Trac (with mod_python) and added Phil's syntax highlighter. Very nice.
