Exposed - via Cluztr@en

I had a look around the apps that support APML stuff the other day (mostly painfully alpha at present, I'm afraid), amongst them I came across a sign-up for Cluztr. So I signed up, just got beta account. A Firefox plugin is now monitoring my browsing activity - and publishing it (HTML & RSS). Bit of a weird feeling that... The privacy settings seem good - there's even an Adult Filter ( "If checked, we will do or best not to tag you browsing adult sites."). The APML collection defaults to Off, so I'm glad I noticed that.

Not sure whether I'll stay public indefinitely - I'm not generally bothered who leans over my shoulder (woodturning and ELP on a Saturday night? - oh the shame), my worry is forgetting that it's public, in case I do follow a series of connections that shouldn't be public. But public or private, having a service to track this stuff for me is great - should save a lot of hackery. Though now I've got to think more about doing something useful with the stuff - I guess XSLTing it into my personal store is the first step).
